The Labor Inclusion Strategy for People with Disabilities involves people who have some type of disability: physical, cognitive, visual or hearing and who are looking for a job opportunity.
To date, 7% of the personnel directly linked to our company have some type of disability, working in operational and administrative areas. We also have an internship program, which consists of bringing groups of 10 people with disabilities who have never had an opportunity. work, to offer them an experiential experience with everything related to a job.
