Inclusion
We call our company the inclusion company, precisely because since 2017 we have been part of a strategy created by the municipality of Envigado, who invited us to get to know this program closely.
Strategy
People with disabilities of some kind participate in the Strategy of Labor Inclusion for People with Disabilities: Physical, cognitive, visual or auditory and who are looking for a job opportunity.
To date in our company we have directly linked 5 people with disabilities in operational and administrative areas, we also have an internship program, which consists of bringing groups of 10 people with disabilities and who have never had a job opportunity, to offer them an experience experiential with everything related to a job.
Our objective is to support this strategy and in this way help to make the first work experience of these people easier.
